The Current Top 10 Most Hypocritical Democrat Politician Acts
The Democrats of today are certainly not your Father’s Democrat Party. John F. Kennedy supported tax cuts, a tough foreign policy and law order.
Today’s Democrats don’t – but it is more than that. The recent leadership’s levels of hypocrisy have grown by leaps and bounds.
Here are the current top 10 most hypocritical acts and statements of the Democrats leaders from California to Washington DC:
No. 10. The Filibuster. In 2003, Chuck Shumer and the Democrats filibustered Bush 43’s Judicial appointments not long after he took the oath of office. In 2024, however, when Schumer thought the Democrats could win the Senate and even the White House, he said “Any Future Democratic Majority Might Be More Amenable … To Eliminate The 60-Vote Threshold For Most Legislation” He was joined by many Democrats.
Today’s DC Democrats care only about exercising power – not constitutional stability.
No. 9. Obeying the Courts. Joe Biden proudly declared “The Supreme Court tried to block me from relieving student debt. But they didn't stop me.” Biden openly defied the Supreme Court order in dramatic fashion and collectively the Democrats didn’t say peep. Trump becomes President and even the Democrat Judges like James Boasberg are up in arms that Trump won’t follow the orders of the Courts. Meanwhile, Democrat Judges around the Country are circumventing the Sup. Court’s rule against nationwide injunctions.
Once again, power – not constitutional stability.
No. 8. Gerrymandering. American gerrymandering, the political redrawing of Congressional lines, is over two hundred years old. Obama said, “it’s not good for our democracy” but said nothing when the Blue states of Illinois, Maryland, Oregon and New Mexico did it or that through gerrymandering eight blue states have no Republicans in Congress. Further, “Obama is the same ambitious, self-serving partisan he was back in 2001, when he personally helped draw an Illinois state Senate district to boost his political prospects after falling short in a House campaign the year prior.”
When Texas Republicans suggested they would do it, the Democrat chameleon in chief, Gavin Newsom, declared "It is a five-alarm fire for democracy in the United States of America," and then offered to overturn a Voter approved California constitutional amendment that took such line-drawing out of the hands of politicians.
Meanwhile, Eric Holder, the Democrats point man on redistricting says the Republican plan to redistrict in Texas is a “threat to our democracy.” So, he is supporting Democrat redistricting to “preserve our democracy.”
Power not principle.
No. 7. Money Out of Politics. The Democrats stand in front of their voters proclaiming the need to get money out of politics. Candidate Hillary Clinton offered a plan she said was about “Ending secret, unaccountable money in politics” and promised to “appoint Supreme Court justices who value the right to vote over the right of billionaires to buy elections.” AOC says, “we must get big money out of politics.”
Meanwhile, George Soros, Michael Bloomberg, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Reid Hoffman, Mark Zuckerberg and public employee unions have donated billions to Democrat causes.
According to The Atlantic, “Democrats have quietly pulled ahead of Republicans in untraceable political spending” and the Left dark money group Arabella Advisors are given credit for that.
Do as we say, not as we act.
No. 6. It’s About the Children – Only It’s Not. The Democrats constantly claim their policies are about helping children. Yet, when hundreds of thousands of children were “lost” during Biden’s open Border travesty, they said not a word. On gun control, they demand action to save even one life – on the border, they cared not about hundreds of thousands of children.
In California, Newsom pushed a minimum wage increase to $20. Over 16,000 have lost their jobs as a result – of course, many of them are youths. It gets worse:
“While some may not have lost their job completely, analysis of Census Bureau data shows the median fast food worker in California lost nearly 7 weeks of work per year following the implementation of the $20 wage hike. That’s equivalent to up to $4,000 in lost potential income for these workers, which is a devastating blow to workers who were promised more through this increase.”
Similar results have occurred since in the inception of the minimum wage.
What matters for these Democrat politicians is to appear to be helping people, not actually helping people. Indeed, they are harming them with no accountability.
No. 5. Medicaid. Bill Clinton championed welfare reform dubbed “Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act” that required work in exchange for temporary assistance and a cap on assistance. In 2025, Republicans were dubbed evil because they passed a watered-down version of Clinton’s workfare bill, which had been undone by Obama.
No. 4. Immigration. Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, and Chuck Schumer all spoke out against illegal immigration. Obama deported over 3 million illegal immigrants – and the Left hardly said a word. Now Trump is a racist bad guy for deportations.
No. 3. Defund the Police/Gun Control. The Democrats are the champions gun control. They embraced the defund the police movement at the highest levels. Yet, their politicians demand and receive armed guards and the right to arm themselves. The latest included their Democrat for NYC Mayor Mamdani who’s wedding was protected by armed guards but wants to defund the policy.
Rules for the masses – not the rulers.
No. 2. Socialists Who Make Money Off Capitalism/Paying their Fair Share.
How many times have you heard those on the Left decry capitalism? Mamdani lives in a rent-controlled apartment with his rich parents and says no billionaires should exist. Bernie Sanders (nearly the Democrats two-time nominee) regularly decries capitalism but made millions selling books on the open market. Meanwhile, the likes of Michael Moore, Susan Sarandon, Mark Ruffalo and many others support socialist policies AFTER making money as capitalists.
Closey associated with that is the Democrat mantra that the rich don’t pay their fair share. In truth, the bottom 50% pay 3% of all income taxes. The Top 1% pays 40.4% of all income taxes. The top 10% pays 72%. As Thomas Sowell once asked, “What exactly is your 'fair share' of what 'someone else' has worked for?”
Here is my article on how “The Biden’s “reduced” their tax burden [on his book deal income] using two corporations: CelticCapri Corp. and Giacoppa Corp. The Biden’s then paid themselves a “salary” on part of their income BUT “they circumvented the payroll tax on the nearly 95 percent of their income that remained… avoided approximately $385,000 in Medicare taxes—and here is the kicker. The Bidens also avoided paying $120,000 in Obamacare taxes.”
We all know that Hunter did not pay taxes on his foreign income. Here is the story of how “Sen. John Kerry, who has repeatedly voted to raise taxes while in Congress, dodged a whopping six-figure state tax bill on his new multimillion-dollar yacht by mooring her in Newport, R.I.”
Hypocrites all.
No. 1. Democrats are the Saviors of Democracy. The Democrats have declared they are the saviors of Democracy – but, it turns out, they are not.
In addition to their hypocrisy on redistricting:
a) When their voters twice were elevating Bernie Sanders in the primaries for the democrat nomination for President, both times the Democrats rigged the process (in favor of Hillary and then Biden) to prevent Bernie from winning the nomination. Then, in 2024, they “selected” Kamala Harris who became their nominee without a single primary vote.
b) The Democrats regularly seek to remove pillars of the American brand of a Republic by pushing the packing of the Supreme Court and ending the Electoral College - and when they can’t do the latter, they permit millions to come in the country illegally to change the census numbers in their favor and, in turn, the Electoral College outcome.
c) They hid Joe Biden’s mental decline and allowed insiders to run the Presidency in his mental absence.
d) They tried to bar Donald Trump from the ballot in numerous states.
e) They said nothing when the Biden Administration curtailed free speech.
f) They sought to determine the outcome of the 2024 election with an unprecedented Lawfare against Donald Trump, and when that failed,
g) Even though they claim they support electoral outcomes and are for peaceful transitions of power, their actions against Trump using the American Intelligence Agencies, proves conclusively otherwise.
Power over principle.
Or, as Beto O’Rourke recently said, for the Democrats “There are no refs in this game! F*ck the rules — we are going to win, whatever it takes!”
Hypocrisy is obviously is part of that whatever it takes mantra.

Del Beccaro: Don’t Be Fooled, The Democrat Party Knows Exactly What It Wants To Be
There is much talk today that the Democrat Party, in the wake of their 2024 losses, is unsure of what it wants to be. While it is true there are some prominent Democrats who want their Party to be more moderate, the Democrat politicians who make up the Party and their core supporters surely do not.
My late father told me back in the 1970s that the “true” Democratic party died on November 22, 1963. Having been born in 1922, my dad had seen a lot at that point in his life. He was rarely wrong in his assessments.
